Transportation
Who rides which bus, and what they owe.
Put students on a vehicle and a fee plan each term. The fare joins their school invoice.
The fleet
Every vehicle, and when its insurance is due.
Keep each vehicle’s capacity, insurance renewal date and driver details.
Renewals that stand out. Insurance that has lapsed or is due within 30 days is highlighted.
Fee plans
Fares with an optional late fee.
A plan has a name and a fare. A late fee can be a fixed amount or a percentage, charged once or repeating while the fare is unpaid.
On the same invoice. Transport charges appear on the student’s invoice alongside school fees, with their own payments and balances.
Allocation
One bus per student, each term.
Choose a term and class, tick the students, then pick the vehicle and fee plan. Only students without a vehicle for the term are listed, so nobody is booked twice.
Honest about a part-done batch. Each student is assigned on their own. If some could not be, SMS says the batch only partly worked.
Visible on the student. A student’s vehicle, driver and driver’s phone number for the term appear on their profile, and search offers a transport shortcut.
Transport report
Who is on which bus, and what they owe.
For any term, list who is on which vehicle with their class, driver, fee plan, amount and balance, filtered by class, section and vehicle. Earlier sessions can be looked at too.
Print or export. Print the list for the driver, or export it to Excel or CSV with amounts a spreadsheet can total.
Paid allocations protected. Remove allocations one at a time or in bulk, but only while their transport fees are unpaid.
Each student is assigned on their own, and SMS tells you when only some of a batch were assigned.
Yes. Family wallet payments can reach transport fee lines on the invoice.
