Junior assessment
The skills your school values, rated with care.
Choose the skills, the categories and the rating scale. Rate each learner, see who is still to be done, and print junior report cards.
Built your way
Your categories. Your skills. Your scale.
Name the headings, the skills under them, and the ratings they are marked against.
Categories that print as written. Name categories the way your school does, such as Cognitive Skills or Letter Work. The name appears on the report card.
A rating scale with values. Each rating, from Excellent to Needs Improvement or whatever you use, carries a value and a place in the order.
Ratings stay meaningful. A category, skill or rating already used for learners cannot be deleted, and two ratings with the same value are pointed out.
Class by class
Each class sees the skills that suit it.
Allocate categories to classes, so a nursery sheet and a primary sheet can differ.
Allocated, not fixed. Choose which categories each class is assessed on. The rating sheet shows only those.
Switched on with the class. Turning on skills assessment for a class gives it every active category, ready to adjust.
Broad sheet
The whole class on one sheet.
A column for every skill, grouped by category, with each learner’s rating in place.
Ranked by total. Learners are ordered by the sum of the values behind their ratings.
Gaps you can see. Learners with every skill rated are counted, so an unfinished sheet stands out.
Remarks in the same place. Edit the teacher’s remark and the head teacher’s or principal’s remark for each learner here.
Junior report cards
Report cards for the learners you choose.
Pick the session, exam, class and section, tick the learners, and open their report cards as a PDF.
Skills alone, or with subjects. Report card layouts can show skills only, or skills alongside subject results and attendance.
Only who you need. Generate cards for one learner, a few, or the whole class.
No. You decide which classes are assessed on skills and which categories each one uses.
Yes. Set your own ratings, their values and their order. The broad sheet totals use those values.
Each learner on the rating sheet shows how many skills are rated, and the class summary counts learners with every skill done.
