Becoming alumni
Graduates join the alumni list on their own.
At the end of a session, when a class is promoted, each student can be promoted, kept in the same class or graduated. Graduated students become alumni of the session they passed out in.
Fees settled first. A student who still owes fees cannot be graduated. The amount is worked out by SMS at the moment of saving, not taken from the screen.
Contact records
Each class, and how to reach them.
Choose a passing session and class to see its former students, then add or update their details.
What you keep. Mobile number, email, profession, address and a photo.
Call from the list. A former student with a phone number on record has a call link beside their name.
Gaps you can see. See how many have contact details and how many are still missing them.
Alumni events
Invite everyone, or one class.
Give an event a title, start and end dates, a note and a photo, and address it to all alumni, or to the alumni of chosen classes or sections, such as a ten-year reunion for one year group.
Upcoming at a glance. Events whose end date has not passed are listed separately.
Students who graduated through promotion join the alumni list, grouped by the session they passed out.
