> Each person sets how SMS behaves for them: dark mode at night, tables and filters, screen locking, notification sounds and Catch Up quiet hours.

Personal preferences

## SMS, set the way you work.

Every member of staff has their own preferences. Changing yours changes nothing for anyone else.

Example preferences; dark mode at night is switched on.

Appearance

## Dark in the evening, light in the morning.

Switch to the dark theme automatically between two times you choose. Changing the theme by hand turns the schedule off. Choose where pop-up messages appear on screen.

The default night window.

Tables and filters

## Lists that behave the way you expect.

Apply filters as you change them or with a button, tint the rows you tick, and choose how many rows a table shows: 10, 25, 50 or 100.

- **Switches where you use them.** The payment preview and printing after a payment are switched on the payment form itself.

Example choices.

Locking

## Lock when you step away.

Lock the screen after 2, 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes. Choose whether to confirm before locking and whether to glimpse each PIN digit as you type it.

- **Notifications your way.** Pick a tone and volume, how long a new notification stays on screen, and whether unread ones show on the lock screen.

- **Catch Up quiet hours.** Hold non-urgent items back to the hours you choose.

Example settings for a shared front-desk computer.

Notifications

## A sound you recognise, at a volume you choose.

Pick the tone a new notification plays from a list of sounds, play it to hear it, and set the volume. Choose whether a new notification pops up on screen and whether it stays for 3, 6, 10, 15 or 30 seconds, and whether unread notices show on your lock screen.

Example notification settings.

Lock screen

## Your own picture behind the PIN.

Once you have a PIN, choose what the lock screen shows: the default animated background, one photo of your own, or a slideshow of up to five photos. The text over it turns light or dark to suit the picture.

The three choices; a PIN is needed first.

Catch Up

## Catch Up when you want it.

Hold non-urgent Catch Up items back to the hours you choose, so the morning starts with what matters. Urgent items still show. Set your own number for what counts as running low on stock.

Example Catch Up settings.
