## The jobs nothing else reminds you of.

Payslips waiting for approval. Registers not taken by 11 AM on a school day in term. Exams marked but not finished off. A session with no terms, or no fees set up. Fees paid twice. Products out of stock or running low. Draft journals and open bank reconciliations. And the fees collected today, for whoever keeps the books.

-   **Only what your role can act on.** Each item is checked against the module and permission it belongs to.
    
-   **Dismiss it once.** A dismissed item stays gone, unless the problem clears and comes back.

## Your panels, in your order.

Catch Up, user statistics, fees summary, income and expense, module overview, family wallet, attendance compliance, the event calendar and birthdays. Hide the panels you do not use and move the rest into the order you want.

-   **Saved for you.** Your arrangement is kept for you, for your role and branch, and does not change anyone else’s.

Small choices

## A clock and calendar the way you read them.

Show the clock as digital, analogue or both, with a ticking or sweeping second hand. Open the calendar on upcoming events or the month. Count admissions for the session or the current term.

-   **Quiet hours.** Hold non-urgent Catch Up items back to a window of the day. Urgent ones still show.

## A line for your staff each morning.

The dashboard greets each person by name with a line beneath it. The school owner and school admins write those lines: one for a particular weekday, one for a single date such as the first day of term, or general ones for any day.
